Athlete suffering from chronic meniscal pain and early osteoarthritis of the internal compartment in genu varum. The analysis of quantified movement shows total correction of genu varum and the knee regains its physiology.

A gain of 7° on the frontal plane. The concomitant external rotation is reduced by 12° on the horizontal plane.

Consequence: decompression of the internal compartment. Solicitation of another good quality meniscal and cartilaginous weight-bearing sector. Treated for 2 years, this patient practice again running.

Advanced coxarthrosis with prosthesis. Comparative images after 3 weeks of rehabilitation with orthosis. Significant articular decompression can be noted. After 6 years of treatment, painless walking. Now lives a normal life.

During left unilateral weight-bearing, overall valgus foot and consequently, projected internal sagging. Spectacular morphostatic recovery of the foot with cancellation of the "false short leg" as can be noted in the difference in height of the tibiotarsal joint spaces. The floor/orthosis/foot/leg adjustment can be clearly noted.

These x-rays were accompanied by electromyography of the AJ and PJ (see below).
